Maggie Grace is an American actress born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most famous roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character in ABC's Lost series, and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington in Ohio. She was kicked out of school when her parents split up to move in Los Angeles to live with her mother. She was struggling to get by when she got her first part in the acting world in Rachel's Room's leading character. The role she played as Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the T.V. film Murder in Greenwich in 2002 earned her an award nomination for the Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford, a character in Lost from 2004 to 2005 was nominated for an Screen Actors Guild Award. Leaving the series Grace would like to be more prominently in film having played opposite Tom Welling in The Fog in 2005. She starred as Kim Mills opposite Liam Neeson (both in Taken the year 2008) on Suburban Girl and The Jane Austen Book Club. Taken 2 (2012), Taken 3 2014 and Taken 4 (2014) are her re-casts of these roles. Grace reprised Shannon's role in Lost for two episodes, including the series final.
